What are LabX Compounds products intended for?

All products supplied by LabX Compounds are intended strictly for laboratory research, analytical testing, and scientific investigation. They are not approved for human consumption, therapeutic use, or medical application.


How is product quality verified?

Each batch undergoes independent third-party analytical testing. These tests typically include High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and other verification methods to confirm purity and compound identity.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for transparency and validation.


What level of purity do your products meet?

Our compounds are manufactured to meet high purity standards, typically ≥99%, depending on the product. Exact purity values are confirmed through third-party testing and documented in the COA.


Where can I view lab results?

Lab results can be accessed through the Lab Results (COA) page. Each product batch is matched with its corresponding Certificate of Analysis for full traceability.


How are products stored and shipped?

Products are stored under controlled conditions to maintain stability and integrity. Most compounds are supplied as lyophilized powders and should be stored at low temperatures (typically 2–8°C).

During shipping, products are packaged securely to minimise exposure to environmental factors.


What are your shipping timeframes?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery times vary depending on location:

  • Metro areas: typically 1–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–5 business days

Tracking information is provided once the order is dispatched.


Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for review.
